How it Works

- Receive an e-mail with the required forms and consent to be filled out prior to the scheduled appointment.
- If your visit requires a video visit, on the day of the appointment, you will receive a text message with the link for your virtual visit. You don’t need to download an application. You may attend the telemedicine session via any computer, tablet, or telephone that is camera and microphone enabled.
- All other services: You will receive a confirmation text one day before and the day of your appointment. We know things happen; if you are unable to make the appointment, please cancel 12 hours before.
- Your credit card will be charged the total amount agreed upon between you and the provider.
- Your provider will send any prescriptions or lab orders following the visit if indicated.
